On December 2nd, 2021, the New York State Zombies Initiative, a collaboration between LISC New York State Housing Stabilization Fund, the Western New York Law Center, the Erie County Clerk’s Office, and Columbia Law School’s Lawyering in the Digital Age Clinic, held an informational webinar on zombie foreclosures for a statewide audience.
